Fit Friday: Abs, Arms & Legs

Happy FIT Friday babes! I seriously worked myself this week, and I swear I can feel the difference. This is the first time (ever) that I’ve worked out 4 days a week… and I LOVE IT! Seriously. Let’s jump into these workouts.

Monday: Arms & Glutes

Since I love Peloton (see this post), I started with a little bit of a Peloton warmup… AKA a 15-minute pop ride with Robin Arzon. Then I moved on to this:

  • 2 sets, 10 reps/set: Tricep dips
  • 2 sets, 10 reps/set: Tricep extensions, 30 lbs
  • 2 sets, 15 reps/set: Weighted punches, 5 lbs
  • 2 sets, 10 reps/set: Weighted arm raises, 5 lbs
  • 2 sets, 10 reps/set: Side hip dips, 5 lbs
  • 5 push-ups
  • 10 squats & lunges
  • 10 donkey kicks
  • 10 fire hydrants
  • 10 crunches
  • 25 jumping jacks

Tuesday: Abs

I kicked my own butt with this workout, y’all. If you’re looking to seriously work your body, start with a 10-minute low impact ride with Ben Alldis and follow this:

  • 2 sets, 20 reps/set: Scissor kicks
  • 2 sets, 20 reps/set: Woodchops, 5 lbs
  • 2 sets, 20 reps/set: Mountain climbers
  • 2 sets, 20 reps/set: Knee push-ups
  • 2 sets, 20 reps/set: Toe touches
  • 2 sets, 40 reps/set: High knees
  • 2 times, 15 seconds/time: Plank
  • 2 sets, 15 reps/set: Dead bugs
  • 2 times, 15 seconds/time: Bicycle

Wednesday: Full Body (?)

Okay, so I technically didn’t work out on Wednesday… BUT I did go to the Minnesota State Fair, where I walked nearly five miles! I also probably ate all of the calories I burned, lol! Do you think this counts as a workout? Let me know in the comments!
