Hey ladies! I’ve gotten tons of questions lately about my skin, so I’ve decided to address the main one: What do I use to clear up acne + get rid of redness and discoloration?! Skincare is an issue I’ve always struggled with, but I’m SO happy to say I’ve finally found products and developed a routine that works! The kicker? I don’t wash my face.
Girl, say what! That’s right… I seriously don’t wash my face… like ever. I have incredibly sensitive skin, to the point that I’ve never been able to use face wash. I’ve tried Clinique, Neutrogena, Cetaphil… I’ve used brand after brand, but with no luck. So for a while I just let my face run wild and I used foundation every day (or just dealt with the redness and acne). But, I got tired of it, so I started testing out products again. That’s when I found these products…
So what do I use?
I have a very specific, yet easy, skincare routine — but, like many routines, it differs between morning and nighttime.

Considering that I’m not a morning person, I tend to keep it simple. I typically get out of bed 30 minutes before I need to head out, which is ample time for getting ready. I only use one product in the morning: the Mario Badescu facial spray in aloe, cucumber and green tea. This is applied after I finish my makeup (which you can read about here →) And that’s it! For a quick midday refresh, I use the Mario Badescu facial spray in aloe, herbs and rosewater.
Although I only use one product in the morning, I use three at night. Again, I have very sensitive skin so I let my skin soak up the moisture when I’m sleeping. After I finish removing my makeup (using the Target brand makeup remover wipes!) I put on a layer of Yeouth’s pure hyaluronic acid, followed by the Mario Badescu facial spray in aloe, chamomile
But what about the fourth product?
Aside from a typical morning/night routine, I use face masks once a week! I typically use masks on Sunday or Monday nights to refresh from the week before and prep my skin for the upcoming week. While I use many different kinds of masks, my favorite brand is Quebella from Target! I tend to stray away from sheet masks, just because I find that they don’t leave my skin feeling as clean. Ultimately, mud masks are my go-to.
