Drizzle a tbsp of honey into the bottom of each wine glass or 2 tbsp into the bottom of a pitcher.
Pour the red wine into the glasses or pitcher.
Slice the apples and oranges (leave the skin on the oranges and slice vertically).
Add the apples to the wine mixture, and top with one orange per glass or add multiple orange slices to the pitcher.
Set in the fridge for an hour (can be longer to soak up more flavor).
When ready to serve, top off with ginger ale. Enjoy!
